People Cannot Believe That A Woman Can Handle A Unit: B Jaya

Prominent Tollywood director B. Jaya is making her comeback with her upcoming flick Vaisakham. While the movie’s songs have been loved by all, the filmmaker is also excited about her upcoming venture. In a recent interview she opened up about her film, Vaisakham, and why people are unable to believe that a female can handle a unit.

About her film, she said, “It took time to complete when compared to my earlier films. This is also a high budget film. The story took time. Though it’s a love story, I have included so many emotions in it, and had to work on the screenplay to narrate it with clarity”.

The filmmaker said that people find it difficult to believe that a woman can handle a unit. She said, “Not just for a woman, it is very difficult for anyone to complete a film these days. Of course, people cannot believe that a woman can handle hundreds of people and complete a film in time”.

On a related note, the filmmaker is all set to introduce two fresh faces with this film. The flick is being bankrolled by B A Raju.
