Rajashekhar breaks into comedy with Gaddam Gang

Telugu star Rajashekhar, who has all his life done some action roles besides experimenting with drama, will finally break into the genre of comedy with his upcoming film Gaddam Gang to be directed by Santosh P.

Talking about this breakthrough mark, Rajashekhar’s wife Jeevitha said, “Many people from the industry advised Rajasekhar garu against doing Allari Priyudu because it was a huge break from his action hero image. But the film turned out to be be one of the biggest blockbusters of the time and proved all his critics wrong. I believe that Gaddam Gang will turn out to be another Allari Priyudu, He is a fun loving with a goofy sense of humour. Rajasekhar will lead a gang of quirky bunch of guys. The character in the movie reflects that funny side of Rajasekhar and his performance is going to have the audience in splits. Usually Rajasekhar is the guy chasing the goons in his films but in Gaddam Gang it will be the other way round.”
