Ram Charan Confirms Chiranjeevi’s 150th Film

For quite some time there have been a lot of buzz about Chiranjeevi’s 150^th film. Speculations were rife that the Megatstar’s 150^th film would be a remake of Kollywood blockbuster ‘Kaththi’. The reports have turned out to be true. The Stalin actor’s 150^th film will be the remake of the A.R. Murugadoss directorial.

After attending the Ritz Icon Awards 2015 in Bangalore, Ram Charan confirmed in an interview that the 150^th film of Chiranjeevi will be remake of Vijay starrer ‘Kaththi’. Director V.V Vinayak would be helming the venture. His last film ‘Akhil’ failed to perform at the box office, he would be hoping to deliver a great entertainer with the Megastar.

Rumours were doing the rounds that Varun Tej would be replacing Chiranjeevi in the Telugu version of Kaththi. But the reports have turned out to be false. Reportedly, the script will be finalised soon and the crew and cast of the film will soon be finalised. Ram Charan will be bankrolling the venture.
