Rasheeka Dutt On Her Telugu Debut: It’s Been A Learning Experience For Me

Tollywood has been the launch pad for many young talented actors and yet another newbie is set to try her luck in the industry. Television actress Rasheeka Dutt is going to make her debut with the upcoming film, Nivena Nanu Pilichinadi. The actress had earlier featured in Hindi serial titled Twist Wala Love.

The Bengaluru girl, who had completed her graduation in BBA from BITS Pilani and then did her diploma in fashion designing from NIFT, Bengaluru moved to Mumbai and joined the Rang Rasiya theatre group, has been the runner-up of the Miss Rajasthan contest in 2013.  Talking about her sting in the debut film, the actress revealed, “I am playing the lead and it’s a romantic horror film”.

Moreover, the actress was approached for the role after she was seen in a South Indian advertisement. Her debut film has been shot in Hyderabad, Warangal and Ongole.  She said, “It’s been a learning experience for me as I learnt acting and also the Telugu language”.
