Sanjjanaa To Play Woman Warrior In Small Screen

Actress Sanjjanaa, who had made her debut in the Kollywood industry with Oru Kadhal Seiveer in the year 2006, is going to be seen on the small screen. The actress has been roped in to play a warrior queen in an upcoming television serial, which is being produced by Baahubali fame Prasad Devineni.

Directed by Yaata, the serial has been learnt to be a big budget project. Talking about it, the actress revealed, “It’s a high-budget serial for which they have erected three big sets.There are nearly 400 people working every day while shooting”. She further revealed that it is like a dream coming true for her to play a character similar to Anushka’s role of Jejjamma in Arundathi which she always wanted to.

Moreover, she disclosed that she learned horse riding and sword fighting for the film. She said, “My role is similar to Prabhas ’ in Baahubali. I play a woman warrior”. The actress also added that it is not an easy task to play a historic role. The actress is so confident about the role that she said it is bigger than a high-budget film.
