Sumanth Shailendra Opens Up About His Role In ‘Brand Babu'

After hearing the script of Brand Bahu, Sumanth felt this story will be the perfect way for him to address the issue and thus he gave the thumbs up to do the film. The best part of the film is the tagline — ‘A ‘maid’en love story’; that says it all. Notably, Sumanth Shailendra decided to become an actor in films after seeing Allu Arjun in ‘Arya’.

Talking about his role in the film, Sumanth said that he will be seen essaying the role of a rich guy Diamond and the role has different shades to play. He likes and prefers only branded items. Unfortunately, he loves the Home Minister’s daughter played by Eesha Rebba, who is actually a home worker by profession.

Even though ‘Brand Babu’ is a love story it also revolves around a father (Murali Sharma) and his son (Sumanth Shailendra) and internally there is a message imbibed in it. ‘Brand Babu’ is written by Maruthi. Other than this, directed by P. Prabhakar, the movie is hitting theatres on August 3.
