Thulasi loses baby fat to suit her role in Kadal

Yesteryear actress Radha’s youngest daughter Thulasi, who is debuting in the industry with Mani Ratnam'sKadal,has lost almost 12 kg of weight for the role.

Thulasi was roped in to play the female lead oppositeGauthamin the ambitious film when Tollywood star Samantha quit it. She is a class X student thus she had a lot of baby fat which she had to shed to suit the role. The ace director also conducted a 20-day acting workshop for her.
