Vikram to shoot for the revived period drama from March

Tamil superstar Vikram's historical filmKarikalanthat was thought to be permanently shelved is reportedly going to be made soon. The film is being produced by SS Vasan and S Parthiban of Silver Line Film Factory but LI Kannan, who was to direct the film, has been replaced with AR Gandhikrishna, who has also written the script of the movie.
