Vishwaroopam solved Kamal Haasan’s financial issues

A journey through a fire path, controversies, bans, the veteran Kamal Haasan has seen it all in the past few months of his life because ofVishwaroopam. But the actor never regretted making the film and won’t ever be upset over his pastactions as it is being reported that his flick has hit the 200 crore mark at the box office. This has brought a light of happiness to Haasan after so many hurdles as finally he would be getting his mortgaged house back.

Previously, Kamal had mortgaged his Chennai house to raise funds for the film. The actor optimistically said, “In order to pay the moneylender, I have re-mortgaged my house. But this time with a nationalised bank and the payment terms are standard and fairly easy there. With the film garnering enough revenue, I hope to get back the house soon," he says sounding quite optimistic.” He is very happy with the response that he has received for his work but has not garnered the profits of the collection.

Haasan is now planning his new project and firmly says that makingVishwaroopamwas his choice and further added, “There were quite a lot of things that I didn't see coming. But then, you cannot predict such things. You learn to deal with them as and when they happen. I have always learnt it the hard way. And that way I have learnt something or the other from each of my films. I was never the one to be bogged down by hardships. I learnt from my father to not waver from taking risks. I agree, certain risks could have been minimised.”
