Will A Science Fiction Film Change Akhil Akkineni’s Fate?

The failure of Akhil Akkineni’s debut film ‘Akhil’ came as a shock to him. After this flick, the 22-year-old actor took a break and recently signed his second film under Vikram Kumar’s direction. The movie’s regular shoot will start from November and the flick will hit the screens during August 2017.

Rumours are doing the rounds that the actor is no mood to take a halt now. Reportedly, Akhil has signed his third film as well. Veteran director Boyapati Srinu, who is best known for his action entertainers, is said to have offered a science fiction film to the young lad. It is an altogether distinct genre for the director.

According to sources, “Akhil is impressed with the script and has asked Boyapati to come up with the bound script.” The discussions are on from the past couple of days and Boyapati will start working on the script soon. It is hoped that the coming films will help Akhil in establishing a stable position in the film industry.
