Bigg Boss 16: Housemates compete hard at the new captaincy task and THIS contestant ends up winning

The upcoming episode of Bigg Boss 16 (December 5) will be intense, with all the contestants indulging in a cut-throat competition to become the new captain of the house. The contenders for the task will be mostly Priyanka Chahar Choudhary , Ankit Gupta , Shalin Bhanot , and Sumbul Touqeer Khan . All the other contestants will be seen supporting the one person out of these housemates whom they wish to be seen as the new captain.

Talking about the same, by the looks of the promo, it seems that the contestants have to paint the shirts of all these contenders in the red color which is kept in the different corners of the house. For the first time, alleged lovers and close friends Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Ankit Gupta are seen locking horns with each other during the task. However, it looks like Shalin Bhanot heavily targets Sumbul Touqeer Khan in the task.

The promo also hints that Priyanka Chahar Choudhary and Shalin Bhanot have formed a certain pack to throw Sumbul Touqeer Khan out of the captaincy race. Shalin can also be seen painting Sumbul’s picture with mud in the promo. Take a look at the same.

There also comes a point when Sumbul Touqeer Khan asks Shalin Bhanot whether he is scared of her since he is targeting her so heavily to which the latter refuses. However, now we also know who ends up winning the captaincy task, and it’s none other than the dark horse of Bigg Boss 16 that is Ankit Gupta. Yes, you heard that right! Several fan pages of the show have confirmed that Ankit is now the new captain of the house.
