Bigg Boss 16: Salman Khan's show to have Bade Acche Lagte Hain star Nakuul Mehta participate as a contestant?

It was earlier reported that Salman Khan ’s show Bigg Boss 16 will soon start airing from October 1. While this might have come as an exciting development for all the fans of the show, now we have yet another delightful news related to the show coming your way. Reportedly, Bade Acche Lagte Hai actor Nakuul Mehta has been approached as a contestant in the show.

According to a news report by Tellychakkar, Nakuul Mehta is being considered for the show by the makers. The report furthermore stated that the actor was also approached by the makers for the previous season but unfortunately things didn’t work out. Well, now it will be interesting to see whether Nakuul considers being a part of Bigg Boss 16.

It is also to be noted that Nakuul Mehta’s show Bade Acche Lagte Hain is reportedly going off the air in a few weeks. Well, it seems that with his other professional commitments coming to an end, Nakuul might be able to give a green signal for the show. For the unversed, the show also stars actress Disha Parmar whose husband and singer Rahul Vaidya had emerged as the first runner-up on Bigg Boss 14 but had lost the trophy to Rubina Dilaik.

Apart from Nakuul Mehta, it has been reported that Lock Upp winner Munawar Faruqui has also become one of the confirmed contestants of Bigg Boss 16. Not only this but Indian Idol contestant Farmani Naaz has also been reported to be the second confirmed contestant of the show. For those who don’t know, Farmani was surrounded by controversy after she had sung a Bhajan on the singing reality show being a Muslim. The matter had sparked a huge debate on social media. It has been reported that the singer has been approached by the makers of the show and has also given her nod for the same.
