Kangana Ranaut calls Shah Rukh, Akshay, Priyanka ‘unsuccessful hosts’ after Lock Upp becomes top binged show

After making it big in the Hindi film industry as an actress, Kangana Ranaut decided to broaden her horizons and made her digital debut as the host of Ekta Kapoor’s reality show Lock Upp this year. A number of controversial celebrities were locked up together in this prison, which is graced by the Queen actress every weekend for judgment day. Well, even though the format was initially compared to that of Salman Khan ’s reality show Bigg Boss , Lock Upp has emerged to be quite a success.

In her latest social media post, Kangana shared a screenshot of a portal according to which Lock Upp is the top binged show on OTT in the 12th week of 2022. Celebrating the news, the actress penned a note about her success which read: “Many successful actors have tried their hands on hosting like SRK, Akshay Kumar , Priyanka Chopra, Ranveer Singh ... they may have successful careers but they failed at hosting they are unsuccessful hosts, so far only Shri Amitabh Bachchan ji, Salman Khan ji and Kangana Ranaut have achieved this glory to be a super star host... privileged to be in this league...”

Kangana went on to add a note for the ‘movie mafia’. The actress wrote: “I wish I didn't have to state the obvious but jealous movie mafia is doing everything to discredit me and my show so I had to do the needful and I don't mind... if I can stand up for everyone else I can stand up for myself also... it is wonderful to be the only successful host of my generation #lockupp.”
