Bigg Boss 15: Asim Riaz comes out in brother Umar’s support after latter tackles Pratik to the ground

In last night’s episode of Bigg Boss 15 , Umar Riaz was once again called out for getting overly aggressive during a task. Devoleena Bhattacharjee and Rashami Desai were competing in the ticket to finale task where they had to stand on a higher step, with their arms around a pillar. The girls did an incredible job but in the end Devoleena fell to the ground after Nishant Bhat threw a bucket of water on her legs. Pratik Sehajpal was supporting Devoleena, hence he was trying to get Rashami off the pillar. Meanwhile, Rashami’s beau Umar threw water on her to help her get cleaned up, but it ended up hitting Pratik.

Pratik asked why Umar threw water on him but the latter just told him to move away if he didn’t want to get wet. After the second time, Pratik reacted by throwing a bucket full of water at Umar. In anger, Umar tackled Pratik to the ground. Bigg Boss was extremely disappointed at Umar for getting violent without any provocation and wanted to punish him. However, he decided to let the audience take a call and a poll was set up on Voot for the same. Umar’s brother Asim Riaz, the first runner up of season 13, came out in the former’s support on social media and urged fans to vote for him.

In his post, Asim blamed another contestant (we are guessing Pratik) for instigating Umar during the task. Asim wrote: “My Twitter account is not working properly so wont be able to tweet.. All I'm say'n is guys plz vote for Umar because it was the other contestant in the house who instigated Umar and then Umar reacted to it.....”
