Bigg Boss 15: Umar Riaz reacts to his viral old tweet against Sidharth Shukla: 'Never said that he should be removed'

Umar Riaz ’s old tweet against Sidharth Shukla came to stare him in the face after he was eliminated from the Slaman Khan hosted Bigg Boss 15 . The contestant was pulled out of the show for violently pushing co-contestant Praik Sahejpal during a task was asked about the time when he raised his voice against Bigg Boss 13 winner Sidharth Shukla who he had said pushed his brother Asim, time and again in the house.

After being eliminated from the house, Umar said that he sought punishment for Sidharth for getting violent in the house and didn’t demand that he be eliminated which is something that has happened in his case.

In 2019, Umar had tweeted, “Lets get this started. Bigboss cannot promote this kind of behaviour on national television. Time and again sid has pushed asim. We want justice for asim! (sic)".

While Umar is not the first contestant in the history of the show to be shown the door for getting physical with another contestant in a rage, on being asked about his tweet against Sidharth, Umar told Bombay Times, “I agree that I had said that Sidharth pushing Asim wasn’t right, but I never said that he should be removed from the show. Whenever people asked me, I used to say that he should be given some punishment in the house itself.”

Umar who is all set to enter the house again according to reports, has further said that it gets difficult to get a grip on emotions on the show.

Bigg Bosss 15 has been given a few weeks extension on Colors and reportedly Umar, Rajiv Adatia and Simba Nagpal will be seen making a re-entry in the house before the finale adding a new twist to the game.
