Shweta Tiwari celebrates her birthday today (October 4) and it is not a hidden fact that the actress is one of the most celebrated names in the TV industry today. Not only that but fans have time and again also lauded Shweta for her brave and independent demeanor in the real life, be it overcoming two troubled marriages or being a single mother to her children Palak and Reyansh. Well, on her special day today, let us look at all the times the actress set an astounding example both as an artist and as a human being.

    Overcoming two failed marriages

Shweta Tiwari married actor Raja Chaudhary when she was only 18. The actress soon separated from him at the age of 26 when she filed a domestic violence complaint against her former husband. Love came knocking at her doorsteps again in the form of actor Abhinav Kohli with whom she tied the knot in 2013. However, her second marriage also failed after she accused Abhinav of alleged domestic violence and inappropriate behavior toward her daughter Palak Tiwari (from her first marriage). However, these failed marriages didn’t deter Shweta and she continued to raise her children single-handedly and also boldly stated that she no longer believes in the institution of marriage.

Came out as being financially independent to take responsibility for her children

Shweta Tiwari has time and again opened up in her interviews that she is fully capable of taking responsibility for her children being financially able and in a secure phase in her career. Shweta also stated that she doesn’t need a ‘man’ in her life to be emotionally or financially dependent in any way. The actress had no qualms to reveal that she doesn’t want her daughter to get married.

Shweta Tiwari won one of the most challenging seasons of Bigg Boss 4. She had some nasty fights in the show, especially with contestant Dolly Bindra. But the actress nevertheless emerged as the shining star of the season.

    Experimentation with the roles

Shweta Tiwari did not remain stereotyped as the quintessential Bahu after her stint on Kasauti Zindagii Kay. She time and again experimented with her roles with projects like Parvarish, Begusarai, Mere Dad Ki Dulhan, etc. Her current show Main Hoon Aparajita is also showcasing her in a never-seen-before avatar.

Shweta Tiwari participated in the reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 11 at the age of 41. The actress went out of her comfort zones while performing the stunts on the show. She went on to emerge as the fourth-runner up on the same.
