'Sabko Sidnaaz banna hain' : Manya Singh accuses Sumbul Khan & Shalin Bhanot trying to become Sidharth-Shehnaaz, fans get angry

The latest season of Bigg Boss 16 is just 3 days old but the tempers are riding high already. However, one of the moments in last night (October 4)’s episode that grabbed several eyeballs was contestant Manya Singh accusing her co-contestants Sumbul Touqeer Khan and Shalin Bhanot of trying to be like Bigg Boss 13’s Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill . However, many fans weren’t too pleased with Manya and slammed her for dragging Sidnaaz’s name on the show as well as allegedly character assassinating Sumbul.

Talking about the context, Manya Singh was angry with Sumbul Touqeer Khan for nominating her and locking horns with her in some of the matters. She was then heard speaking with Archana Gautam where she said that Sumbul is just playing the game under the shadow of Shalin Bhanot and the duo might be trying to make a pair on the show. Manya then added saying that everyone wants to become like Sidharth Shukla and Shehnaaz Gill but there can only be one SidNaaz since their bond was really pure and heartfelt.

However, many fans of Sumbul Touqeer Khan and also Sidharth Shukla, and Shehnaaz Gill expressed their disappointment with Manya Singh. Some fans even clarified that Sumbul is sharing a sibling-like bond with Shalin Bhanot and that there is nothing ‘romantic’ about their pair. Take a look at some of the tweets.

One of the fans wrote, “Manya was so promising when she came in, but the way she spoke about Sumbul & the way she went on her profession was such low- blow. All this why? Coz Sumbul nominated her? & bringing SidNaaz for what?! So disappointing! Inspiring women don't do this.” Well, looks like the upcoming episodes of Bigg Boss 16 will create more drama and twists and turns between the contestants.
