Actor Sheezan Khan saw some tough times in the past few months after he was arrested for the death of his ex-girlfriend Tunisha Sharma. He got bail in the case in March after spending almost 4 months in prison. However, it seems now that he is all set to bounce back to work and will take up Rohit Shetty’s stunt-based reality show Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 as his first major project after the fiasco.

Talking about the same, a source close to the reality show has almost confirmed his participation in Etimes. The source was quoted to reveal, “Yes, talks with Sheezan have reached an advanced stage and we are hoping for him to be a part of this season. He has applied for a plea regarding his travel and other documents in the High Court. The matter is scheduled to be heard tomorrow.”

However, neither Sheezan Khan nor his lawyer broke their silence on the matter when they were contacted by the publication. The actor was last seen in the show Ali Baba: Daastan-E-Kabul before his arrest in Tunisha Sharma’s death case. She was found hanging in one of the makeup rooms of the sets in December last year. Sheezan was soon arrested after Tunisha’s mother filed an FIR against him for alleged abetment to suicide. His mother and sisters faced a tough time as his bail plea was rejected constantly after that until March when he finally got released from prison.

He was focusing on spending some quality time with his family after being released from prison. It was also reported earlier that his sister and actress Shafaq Naaz will soon be engaged. However, the news of his participation in Khatron Ke Khiladi 13 will come as a happy news for his fans who wanted to see him back on the screen again.
