Back in January this year, Shark Tank India ’s panel of investors, fondly called ‘Sharks’, graced the stage of The Kapil Sharma Show for a special episode. boAt Co-founder Aman Gupta , Shaadi.com CEO Anupam Mittal , former Managing Director of BharatPe Ashneer Grover , Chief Mama of MamaEarth Ghazal Alagh , Emcure Pharmaceuticals’ Namita Thapar , Lenskart CEO Peyush Bansal and SUGAR Cosmetics CEO Vineeta Singh had a gala time with the comedians while the audiences got to witness them in a light mood.

Well, during this episode, Kapil noticed Ashneer smiling and joked that a picture should be clicked because the latter is always seen in his angry mode. The comedian went on to state that the shark has a pretty great life, family, business, has received both the COVID-19 vaccinations and often goes out for vacations. Kapil went on to ask him why he is angry all the time. To this, Ashneer replied that he does not drink. Taking a dig at Kapil’s infamous drunk tweets, the shark explained that sometimes people drink at night and then vent out their anger.

Ashneer went on to explain, “Fir subha uthke bol deta hai ki woh toh Kapil Daniels tha ya Jack Sharma tha (Then the individual who got drunk wakes up in the morning and says it was Kapil Daniels or Jack Sharma).” He added, “Main woh bol nahi paata hun (I can’t say that).” On a serious note Grover shared that he’s always in the same state, which is not an angry mode. But when he wants to reprimand somebody, he does not misguide them. Now that makes sense!

For the uninitiated, back in 2016 Kapil had shared a tweet for Prime Minister Narendra Modi asking “Yeh hain aapke achhe din?” This drunk tweet had landed him in trouble.
