Manoj Bajpayee reveals that Sushant Singh Rajput was troubled by blind articles

Actor Manoj Bajpayee needs no introduction. Considered to be one of the pillars of Bollywood, almost every film of his is considered gold, thanks to the superlative, flawless and near perfect performance that he belts out in them. His upcoming film Bhaiyya Ji seems to be no different. Many of his fans are super excited to see their ‘desi superstar’ in his elements!

In a recent interview with Siddharth Kannan, the actor spoke about many aspects of his life and his journey which starts from his struggle to eventually where he is today! Amidst the conversation, there cropped up the topic of blind items. To which, Manoj Bajpayee said that even though he is no stranger to them, the (late) Sushant Singh Rajput used to get extremely troubled by them.

Elaborating about Sushant Singh Rajput and his worries regarding blind items, Manoj Bajpayee said that, very often Sushant Singh Rajput used to meet him and seek his advice about how to go about dealing with the blind items.

That’s when Manoj Bajpayee said that, while his approach towards such blind items would have been totally different. He said, in such a case, he would tell his friend to convey to them that he would come and beat them up. In the same breath, he also made it clear that what was important was that the said message got conveyed!

When Manoj Bajpayee told Sushant Singh Rajput about his way of dealing with it, the latter said that, “Sir, only you could do it, I cannot”. Manoj went on to add that, Sushant Singh Rajput used to be extremely troubled by the blind items, while terming him as an extremely sensitive and intelligent person.

For the unversed, both Sushant Singh Rajput and Manoj Bajpayee had worked together in the film Sonchiriya, which had been released in the year 2019.
