The Lok Sabha elections have already begun in the country. There are many who have already cast their votes. Amongst the ones who have cast their votes are Bollywood actor Riteish Deshmukh along with his wife Genelia Deshmukh and mother Vaishali Deshmukh. Since Latur happens to be their hometown, they cast their votes from there.

After having cast their votes, Riteish Deshmukh took to social media and posted a photograph of him along with his mother Vaishali Deshmukh and wife Genelia Deshmukh. All three of them are seen showing their inked fingers, indicating that they have voted.
While Riteish Deshmukh was seen dressed in a white churidar pant and a sky-blue coloured kurta, his wife Genelia Deshmukh opted for a light-yellow chiffon floral sari. The saree was seen having a silver border. Riteish Deshmukh’s mother Vaishali Deshmukh looked as elegant as ever in the sari which she had worn.
After the process of casting their vote got through, Genelia Deshmukh spoke to Ani saying that this was an important day and that everyone should cast their votes. On the other hand, Riteish Deshmukh said that he came to Latur from Mumbai to cast his vote. He added that, everyone should come out of their houses and cast votes as today happens to be an important day and that everyone should definitely vote.
Speaking about the importance of casting your vote, filmmaker Karan Johar took to social media last night and posted an extremely heart-appealing video in which he was seen with many other actors and artists like Neha Kakkar, Vikrant Massey, Boman Irani, Shankar Mahadevan, Siddharth Malhotra, Ranbir Kapoor and others. All of them did their bit in encouraging everyone to vote without fail. All those who featured in the video were also seen appealing to everyone through social media with the hashtag ‘VoteWhereItMatters!’
