Janhvi Kapoor to take on Kareena Kapoor Khan's role in Don 3? Details inside

Ever since Farhan Akhtar made the announcement of Don 3, fans have been anticipating how the film will turn out. The makers are leaving no stones unturned in their efforts to ensure that it becomes a thrilling watch. With Ranveer Singh already confirmed in the lead role as Don, rumour mills are busy churning that the role of Jungli Billi will be portrayed by Kiara Advani. 

Further adding to the excitement, there are talks of a special song to be included in the upcoming film. Just as Kareena Kapoor Khan captivated audiences with her performance in Don, if recent reports are to be believed, now the makers are considering Janhvi Kapoor to recreate that magic. 

A report on BollywoodLife quoted an insider as saying, "Farhan Akhtar has approached Janhvi for an exciting opportunity in Don 3, in fact, the actress even had a meeting in the Excel office, and the chatter is that she may step in the shoes of Kareena Kapoor Khan and do a special song in the film." 

The source further told the publication,"Janhvi is the perfect fit to bring that special magic in the film just like Bebo did, and if everything works out well, we will see Ms Kapoor slay along with the new Don in the film."

Regarding Don 3, some fans were left disappointed that Ranveer Singh would be replacing Shah Rukh Khan in the much loved film franchise. However, the actor felt that he should atleast get the opportunity to showcase himself and he surely has earned the same. As of now, the final cast of the film includes Ranveer Singh, Kiara Advani, and now Janhvi Kapoor.
