    Premalu star Naslen and Mukundan Unni Associates' director Abhinav Sunder Nayak collaborate on Mollywood Times

    Following the success of Premalu, young actor Naslen Gafoor has been in demand in the industry. In the latest news, the Malayalam actor is all set to star in director Abhinav Sunder Nayak's new film. The makers dropped a title announcement video; the film is titled Mollywood Times. The film's tagline is "A hate letter to cinema." 

    Naslen plays the lead in the movie which is slated to be a comedy entertainer. The project is being backed by Ashiq Usman. The announcement video was released by Tamil director Karthik Subbaraj, who wrote, “An interesting movie about movies.Slow cooked to perfection.Out in 2025.(sic)”.

    So we know that the movie is going to be released in 2025. Shooting has yet to begin. Other key details will be revealed by the team soon.

    Abhinav Sunder speaks about his next project

    During the one-year anniversary celebrations of his superhit film Mukundan Unni Associates (MUA), Abhinav Sunder announced his collaboration with producer Ashiq Usman and assured that “those who liked MUA will love the second film." At the time, it was revealed that he was in the scripting stage and would announce the other cast members soon. Naslen has expressed his excitement over working on the new film and shared the announcement poster on his social media pages.

    Meanwhile, Abhinav Sunder's debut film, Mukundan Unni Associates, starring Vineeth Sreenivasan, got a positive reception upon its release. Fans have since been eager to find out if the director is working on a sequel. In an interview, the director revealed, "The sequel will happen, but it won't be my next project. I want to work on something new. I'm currently developing two ideas and hoping to finish the scripts before making a decision."
