Abhay Deol lands in serious financial crisis

It’s time for a huge financial disaster for actor-turned-producer Abhay Deol who went through a massive failure with his first production venture, One By Two. The romantic comedy, which starred the actor himself along with his real-life ladylove Preeti Desai, proved a dud at the box-office.

As Abhay was the co-producer of the film he had to face the heat too. He also couldn’t manage to retrieve the losses with the film’s music album as it was not released on time. Now, as it has been learnt, the crisis is so huge that Preeti’s beau had to mortgage his Juhu apartment to take care of his daily finances. As reported by a leading daily a public notice on the same has also been published. Abhay confirmed the news and said that he has taken a loan against which he has mortgaged his residence as an indemnity to the bank. Presently he is living in his Santacruz apartment and if he fails to reimburse his loan amount within time the mortgaged flat will be confiscated by the bank. Then it will be a Non-Performing Asset and also can be auctioned for potential consumers. We sincerely hope the dimpled Abhay gets over his financial woes very soon.
