Are Hrithik and Vishal Bharadwaj coming together for 'The Departed' remake?

There is something taking place under the wraps between Hrithik Roshan and filmmaker Vishal Bharadwaj. While the two have never worked together in the past, we hear that a project might soon be coming up that gets them together.

According to a few sources, Hrithik in talks with Vishal for a project which is most likely to be the Hindi remake of Hollywood hit ‘The Departed’. Vishal is on a high after the success and acclaim that Haider has garnered over the last few months and is pepping up for a film that has Hrithik in the lead. Hrithik on the other hand is also all positive for the project and may make it official if things substantiate.

While The Depareted featured two lead actors ‘Leonardo DiCaprio and Matt Damon’, let’s see if Vishal brings in his loved Shahid Kapoor here. The project will reportedly be produced by Sajid Nadiadwala. While this remains too early a call to predict anything, everyone associated with the project is busy working on their respective films. While Hrithik is currently shooting for Mojanjo Daro, Nadiadwala is also busy with a packed 2015 ahead. Let’s see if we get lucky enough to see the two professionals together for a project.
