Bombay Velvet first look: Subtle, lethal and transforming

So here it is, the first look of Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet that has long kept the audiences on tenterhooks to get a glimpse. While Anurag hopes to carry forward the kind of brand he endorses, Bombay Velvet’s first look is classy and impactful.

The poster shows Ranbir Kapoor aka Johny Balraj in a out of the box avatar. In a plain suit with a ripened look, the guy just takes you for a ride owing to the two big guns he has in both his hands. The tagline reads “Hello, I’m Johny Balraj, Nice to meet you.” The first look does appear to be a striking as far the anticipation for the film goes, let’s now wait for rest of the characters and their looks. The film stars Anushka Sharma and Karan Johar in crucial roles. All we can say is it was nice to meet you Johny Balraj.
