Deepika Padukone On Clash Between Bajirao Mastani And SRK's Dilwale

It's the most awaited clash of the year. Bajirao Mastani starring Ranveer Singh, Deepika Padukone and Priyanka Chopra and SRK and Kajol starring Dilwale are supposed to release on the same day.

Several reports claimed that Deepika Padukone called up SRK to request him to change the release date of Dilwae to avoid the clash at the box office. Denying all those reports, Mastani said that she shares a “very personal equation” with her Om Shanti Om co-star and would never request him to do something like that.

When she was asked about the rumoured request she said "I have a very personal equation with Shah Rukh. I would never do something like that," she further added "when you are working on a film like Bajirao Mastani, you have very little time or headspace for even getting involved in something like that".

"The only thing you can do as an actor is do your part with honesty and conviction and leave the rest to the professionals like the producers and the director to take the call," she said.

Bajirao Mastani, a love story between a Maratha statesman Peshwa Bajirao played by Ranveer Singh and Mastani (Deepika Padukone) and Bajirao’s first wife Kashibai (Priyanka Chopra) is all set to hit the screens on 18^th December along with multi-starrer Dilwale.
