If producers of the upcoming Azharuddin biopic are lucky enough, they will get the required permission to shoot their film at the iconic Lords stadium in London. Reports suggest, that makers have apparently planned to shoot a crucial portion of the film there and are hopeful to get the permissions. The film that has Emraan Hashmi in the lead is currently under production.

While the film is in early part of its schedule, the makers are hoping they could highlight all possible credentials of Azhar’s life (Lords being one of them) on screen. The biopic on the controversial ex Indian skipper will have Emraan get into his shoes and play a sportsman for the first time. The film also stars Prachi Desai as one of the female leads.
