Fawad’s Loss is Farhan’s Gain

Fawad Khan’s no-kissing clause appears to be creating an obstacle in his journey in Bollywood. This Pakistani actor, who got his big Bollywood break with Khoobsurat, is in no mood to compromise on his terms. The actor was offered a film titled Battle For Bittora but Fawad turned down the offer due to his concerns over a few intimate scenes in the script.

A source was quoted as saying, “Right after he was signed for the film, Fawad had expressed his concerns to the makers. He was apparently uncomfortable with a few intimate scenes in the script. Both parties tried working it out, but now Fawad has decided that he doesn't want to be a part of the project”.

The film has eventually landed in Farhan Khan’s kitty, whereas, Sonam Kapoor has been finalised as the lead actress. The source added, “Farhan and Sonam's pairing was liked by people in the biopic. They arrived at a joint decision that Farhan would be ideal for the role. Rhea was very happy with the choice and currently they are finalising the deal with him. Official announcements will soon be made”.
