As the crowd broke into laughter, the director explained, “Whenever I am making a film, in the middle of the film I curse myself for choosing this profession because you need 300 people to get your image and then you are handling these childish actors”.

Vishal feels that sometimes the actors come up with stupid questions and demands and he is forced to keep all his feelings in, as he wants to get a movie made. Talking about the producers, Vishal said, “The temperature is over 40 degrees (Celsius), the producer is showing his watch, saying that if you don’t finish the shoot in time I will lose Rs 20 lakh and there is a crowd of 100 people watching. There you feel so alone and helpless that you curse yourself”.

The Omkara director then spoke about what he likes about the process. He says that editing when the filming is over is the time when he is happy.
