I look like a loser in front of Lauren, says Jackky Bhagnani

After the trailer of Arshad Warsi and Jackky Bhagnani starrer Welcome to Karachi started doing the rounds, the cast of the film shared some of their thoughts about it. While the trailer had predominantly the two male actors, off stage both spoke about how brilliant the female face of the film was.

Talking about Lauren Gottlieb, Jackky Bhagnani admiringly said that she made him look like a loser. “She made me look like a loser. She is the best dancer in the country, and I look like a loser in front of her. In fact, she tried to underplay so that we can look good,” he said. Jackky himself is known to be a good dancer but Lauren’s breathtaking style took him on completely.

Adding to the same story, Arshad humorously said that both he and Lauren used to sit and watch each other’s talent. “She is a professional. There is nobody who can compare to her. So, you sit and you watch…just the way she did with my acting!” he said. Directed by Ashish R. Mohan, Welcome to Karachi is slated to release on May 21.
