Jacqueline confirmed opposite Saif in Sujoy Ghosh’s next

While the speculations were made about Deepika Padukone being in talks with Sujoy Ghosh for his next film, the director has confirmed that it’s Jacqueline and not Deepika that he’s casting for his next project.

Sujoy had recently visited the sets of Deepika starrer Piku, hence the most obvious assumption came out as Sujoy signing Deepika for his next. While a lot of actress would want to work with the Kahaani director, Jacqueline sounded very excited to be working with him again. The actress had debuted with his directorial Aladdin. Confirming the deal, Jacqueline told, "Yes, I have been approached by Sujoy. But it's too early to talk about it as the paper work is yet to be done. I am excited about reuniting with him and sharing screen space with Saif."

Saif is currently working on his prior commitments while Sujoy is just finishing scripting. The film is expected to go on floors mid next year. While Jacqueline already has her hands full with big projects, this will add to her list of possessions.
