Kartik Aaryan Wants To Play An Anti-hero Character

Kartik Aaryan, known for his role as Rajat in the 2011 romantic comedy film ‘Pyaar Ka Punchnama’, recently revealed that he would like to play an anti-hero role, similar to what Shah Rukh Khan played in ‘Baazigar’. Kartik was present at the TOIFA event and was nominated for the Best Actor in a Comic Role award. At the event, the actor posed for pictures with his fans and took selfies.

According to IANS, the actor shared, “If there is a remake of 'Baazigar', I would love to play a role like Shah Rukh sir. I would love to play an anti-hero. I feel that apart from comical roles, I should also explore romance, action, but slowly”.

He further added, “My fans mean everything to me. They are the ones who have made me what I am right now. I hope this fan following never stops. It is such a beautiful thing that I have got a fan following of men and female both and that too after an anti-love film”. Kartik feels that it is quite difficult to make people laugh and that people appreciate a character even more if he is relatable.
