LOVEY-DOVEY: Kunal and Naina in a “happy relationship”

Bollywood actor Kunal Kapoor got engaged to his sweetheart Naina Bachchan earlier this year. Though he doesn’t reveal much about his wedding plans, the actor confesses that they are in a “happy relationship”. “We are delighted to get married to each other. We have known each other for a while now,” says the Rang De Basanti star.

“I’ve never been someone who has liked to share. I’m a very private person,” he says. When asked about his marriage date, Kunal retorts, “We are really not sure right now. We have to sit down and decide on the dates. We are in a good space and in a very happy relationship and happy together. But the date we haven’t fixed as yet. I really don’t know whether this year or next year.”

Kunal Kapoor is currently busy with a film which is based on the severe water scarcity problems across the nation. “I had a good time shooting for the film. It was one of the most unique scripts that I have read. It talks about the water issue, which is very important right now…it has a love story in the backdrop, which makes it entertaining,” says the Hattrick actor.

The 36-year old adds, “It’s a commercial film and very entertaining. I feel it is something which everyone will enjoy. It is a film which entertains you as well as makes you think,”

Kunal Kapoor’s fiancée Naina Bachchan is an investment banker and the daughter of actor Amitabh Bachchan’s brother Ajitabh.
