Manisha Koirala to fly home in July?

The Filmfare Award-winning actress Manisha Koirala, who has been going through treatment in New York for ovarian cancer, will likely return to India in July, as per her manager’s reports.

Subroto Ghosh, Manisha's manager, stated, "Manisha is recovering well. She is better now. Most probably she will return to India by July. Nothing is decided now, but if things go well, then she might be back in India by July.” The 42-year-old actress, who is well-known for her roles inBombayandLajja, had undergone surgery in December last year in a New York hospital. She is currently taking chemotherapy sessions there.

The actress, who also starred in critically acclaimed films likeDil Seand1942: A Love Story, debuted in Bollywood withSaudagarin 1991. She was last seen in Ram Gopal Varma'sBhoot Returns.
