Bollywood actress Karisma Kapoor is all set to celebrate her 40^th birthday. Born to Randhir Kapoor and Babita, the glamorous actress is often referred to as Lolo. Karisma made her bollywood debut with K. Murali Mohan Rao’s Prem Qaidi opposite Harish Kumar.

Karisma has appreared in many successful films like Raja Babu, Coolie No. 1, Hero No. 1 and Jeet. The actress won her firstFilmfare Award for Best Actress for her outstanding performance in Raja Hindustani. She got the National Film Award for Best Supporting Actress for Dil To Pagal Hai. She apparently received one National Film Award and four Filmfare Awards during her career. Karisma was last seen in a thriller film Dangerous Ishhq, directed by Vikram Bhatt.

According to the latest reports, Karisma Kapoor would be celebrating her birthday with her younger sister Kareena Kapoor Khan. Kareena Kapoor Khan is reportedly busy with Rohit Shetty's Singham 2 in Hyderabad. However, the pretty actress has taken time out of her busy schedule to make her sister’s day special. Says Kareena, "I requested (director) Rohit (Shetty) to give me a day off so that I could be in Mumbai to celebrate my sister's birthday."

Recently, both the sisters were seen in a promotional event of their cousin Armaan Jain’s debut film Lekar Hum Deewana Dil. Lolo also appeared in Comedy Nights with Kapil to support her brother Armaan. Sweet sister indeed!
