Parineeti tells where she has been hiding out herself lately

If you’re one of those who have started missing Parineeti Chopra from the action, the actress has her reasons to hide out. In an interview to HT, Parineeti told that she’s busy doing stuff that she otherwise wouldn’t have gotten time for. The actress has mostly been media shy after her last release Kill Dil bombed at the box office.

On being asked the reason for staying out so low, the actress responded by saying it shouldn’t be made a big deal of. “I am very busy working on things that I didn’t get time for last year since I was caught up with all the films, shootings, promotions and travelling etc. But I don’t know why such a big deal is being made out because it has been just four months. It’s also important to step back, get a perspective (in life), take some time off to work on yourself, become healthier, spend time reading scripts at leisure,” she told.

The Daawat-e-Ishq actress came out strong in defence of filmmaker Aditya Chopra, who has been in news for having advised her going slow on movies. On being asked if it’s true, Parineeti said, “That’s rubbish. It’s very unfortunate that anything wrong or unusual that any Yash Raj actor does, somehow, it’s always pinned on Adi sir. That’s not fair. Just because he doesn’t talk to the media or clarify things, it doesn’t mean he can be held responsible. He isn’t sitting on a throne ordering people to do things or not.” While she takes her own time to decide what she comes up with next, let’s give her the space to enjoy the ‘leisure’ time.
