The petitioner has claimed that, as evident from the trailer and the newly-released songs, the movie is a love-story between a Rabari boy and a Darbar-Rajput girl.He has alleged that the movie has verbal abuses in its dialogues and also some obscene gestures which are quite disrespectful towards women.Chudasama has clarified his point that as Ramleela and Rasleela are a lot similar on the religious grounds, the film is definitely 'hurting the sentiments of Hindus and promoting vulgarity'. He has stated the facts clearly that there are 15 crore Rajputs in India among whom 56 lakhs hail from Gujarat. Reportedly some Rajput leaders have already written to Bhansali explaining their respective concerns. As told by Chudasama's lawyer Bhunesh Rupera the PIL is expected to be heard this Friday.
