Ranbir Kapoor to play Sanjay Dutt on screen?

It is being reported that Ranbir Kapoor has been roped in by director Rajkumar Hirani to act in a biopic on Sanjay Dutt. A source informed that Manyata Dutt has a wish for a film to be made on her hubby’s life. The source said, “Maanyata was keen on a film being made on her husband’s life for Sanjay Dutt Productions. But the couple wanted only Raj Kumar Hirani to direct the film. Sanju Sir has created magic with Raju in Munnabhai MBBS and Lage Raho Munnabhai.”

Sanjay has seen lot many ups and downs in his life and he and his spouse reportedly feel that there is no one better than filmmaker Hirani to create a movie on it. The news is still to be confirmed. At present, the director is busy in filming his next, Peekay (P.K.) and Ranbir is shooting for Bombay Velvet and Jagga Jasoos.
