Shah Rukh Khan’s Deewana to be reframed but with a twist

Deewana, a 1992 block buster romantic flick starring debutant Shah Rukh Khan, Rishi Kapoor, Divya Bharti and Amrish Puri in the lead, was a memorable one. Now the gossips are going around that the film’s producer Guddu Dhanoa is planning to take the title ahead in his next but the story will not be similar to the original one.

The filmmaker talked to PTI saying, "We are making a romantic film but it is a completely different story. We are using the titleDeewanabut something would be added to the title. It is like how Bhatt's are making films likeMurder, JannatI am also doing something similar." Dhanoa divulged the information that however the script is ready, he is looking for suitable stars for his cast, "We are in talks with actors but nothing is finalised yet." Lot is yet to be decided by the makers and more announcements are still to be done. Till then, the interested ones need to take a deep breath.
