Sharmila Tagore likes Kareena in ‘Glamorous’ roles

People say that a daughter-in-law can never be considered the apple of her mother-in-law’s eye. But this seems to have been proven wrong by the recent comment of Kareena Kapoor Khan where the Bollywood diva shared the desire of her mother-in-law Sharmila Tagore to see her in glamorous roles. Kareena said, “She liked me in the 'Fevicol' song (the item song in `Dabangg 2'). She loves song and dance, so she always says that I should look sexy and glamorous".

The Singham Returns star takes it as a compliment and likes to be called ‘glamorous’ even after marriage. She gets inspiration to manage her family and career together from the veteran actress. “She worked with biggest superstars and filmmakers. It is important for me to do that”, Chammak Challo added.

“I have been a great fan of Hema Maliniji and my mother-in-law. I think they have been iconic actresses", she further said. However, unlike other actresses of her generation, Sharmila Tagore cannot be seen working on any project presently. Kareena also shared that she misses her mother-in-law in films.
