His next, Guddu Rangeela, which stars Arshad Warsi, Amit Sadh and Aditi Rao Hydari is undergoing production in full swing at the hill station. According to a source, "The mood on the set is quite upbeat and the shoot is progressing well. To avoid any upsetting incidents, Subhash has requested that nobody mention Geetika Tyagi's name or question him about the episode." When asked about the plot of Guddu Rangeela the source said, "It's a classic satire on rural politics. Amit plays Guddu, a hardcore Haryanvi, while Arshad will be seen as Rangeela. The leading lady, Aditi Rao Hydari, plays a pretty school teacher."
It has also been learnt that a major part of the shooting is completed and the next schedule will take place in Narkanda as heavy snow is required for the particular sequence. Then the film unit will shift its base to Chandigarh. The source added, "The film's outdoor shoot will be complete after the Chandigarh schedule. A few days in mid-April will be shot on a set in Mumbai and the film will be wrapped up." Meanwhile Geetika Tyagi, who accused the filmmaker of molestation and released some explosive videos, is maintaining a low-profile these days. When contacted the struggling actress said she has shifted to Delhi for a while to be with her bedridden father.
