Is Salman Khan's Dance Film With Remo D'souza Shelved?: Jacqueline Fernandez Opens Up!
Yesterday rumours started floating that Salman Khan’s dance film with Remo D’Souza film has been shelved since the actor feels that the role is not apt for him. He believed that younger actors or Varun Dhawan can play the role with more assurance than him. It was also reported that Salman Khan has said yes to Race 3 and asked the producer Ramesh Taurani to sign in Remo D'Souza to direct the movie.
Jacqueline Fernandez was signed in to play the female lead in the flick. When asked from the actress whether the film has been put on hold, she said, “The movie hasn't been shelved. The movie has just been pushed. I think the lineups has been changed around a little bit. So now, we are just trying to figure out what's going to work that is best for the team that we have existing and see how to move ahead."
She added, “As far as I am concerned, it is. I know Remo wants to make this film and Salman is very keen. But, I just think just the line ups have changed. There's been no official announcement on it. Nothing's been confirmed just yet because people are just trying to figure it out. That's all I know for now."
Ever since Salman recommended Varun Dhawan’s name for the dance film, rumours also started flashing that Varun might replace Salman in Dabangg 3. When asked from Jackie, she said that she is not aware of it.
