Vidyut Jamwal to reprise his role in Commando 2

Vidyut Jamwal will reprise his role of Captain Karanvir Singh Dogra in the Commando's sequel. Confirming the news, the 34-year-old said, "Yes, I am doing Commando 2. Commando was and will always be very special. I'm hoping the sequel takes the franchise forward on an even larger and grander scale". Vidyut will take it to the next level in terms of action in Commando 2 and the actor has been undergoing intense training for the same.

"Vipul Shah is the only person who can reveal any details. I'm sure there will be a lot to look forward to in the sequel but I don't want to say anything until we start shooting which should be in a couple of months", Vidyut added when further quizzed about the Vipul Shah production.

Popularly known as 'The New Age Action Hero of Bollywood', the actor is currently busy with the filming of Yaara, which is being helmed by Tigmanshu Dhulia.
