The Bombay High Court has been informed by former Miss World Yukta Mookhey and her separated husband Prince Tuli through their advocates that a mutual settlement is impossible in their disturbed married life.

Counsel Jamshed Mistry, advocating for Mookhey and counsel Filji Federick for Tuli stated in the court that it is quite difficult for the estranged couple to come to terms, given the present situation. After going through the papers and meeting the couple in her chamber, it has been observed by Justice Sadhana Jadhav that an amicable settlement between the duo looks quite impossible. Thereafter the case has been adjourned till October 21and on that dayPrince Tuli’s anticipatory bail plea will also be heard.

The couple was recently called to meet the judge in her chambers and was asked to settle the dispute mutually. The meeting continued for two hours without any successful conclusion. Then the judge was informed that an amicable solution is not looking possible right now. In July, Yukta accused her husband and in-laws of domestic violence and harassment. Prince Tuli was also accused of sexual abuse by Mookhey. Tuli and his family feared arrest and sought anticipatory bail. Though the plea was granted for his family members, Tuli’s same plea was rejected by the court on August 31.
