Angelina Jolie Or Jessica Chastain, who would star in 'X-Men: The Dark Pheonix' ?

‘X-Men: The Dark Pheonix’ is gearing up for its production. Sources suggest that superstars, Angelina Jolie and Jessica Chastain, are being thought about for an unstated role in Simon Kinberg’s directorial. All of the 'X-Men' series are inspired by comics bearing the same name. 

According to rumours, Jolie was the first choice of the filmmakers. However, the actress is likely to take up Bill Condon’s ‘Bride Of Frankenstein’ at Universal Pictures, suggested trade reporter Jeff Sneider on an episode of ‘Meet The Movie Press’. Alternatively, Chaistain might get finalised for the role. This would be her and James McAvoy’s (co-star from ‘The Disappearance Of Eleanor Rigby’) another collaboration. As a reply to a tweet, Jeff Sneider wrote, “@_ChristopherM I said on the podcast that I don't think she's going to do it. But... we may get a DISAPPEARANCE OF ELEANOR RIGBY reunion instead ;)”.

Be it Angelina or Jessica playing the role, 'X-Men' fans are sure to become awestruck. The movie’s production will start this towards the end of this month and is set to release in 2018. Rumours about jolie directing ‘Captain Marvel’ for Marvel Studios also took rounds, however nothing really materialised.
