Big Hero 6 and Avengers to have no connection

While many Marvel comic fans were expecting Avengers to make a cameo appearance in Big Hero 6, the director has made it clear it is not happening. The superhero animated film is being produced by Walt Disney.

Don Hall, the director of Big Hero 6 talking about it said "Very early on, when we were collaborating with Marvel, the decision was made to intentionally not connect it to the Marvel universe, Everybody felt like it would be great for us to take this idea of theirs and make our own universe with it. Marvel really encouraged us to do that. So there`ll be no Iron Man or Captain America, and no Avengers in this world. Our Avengers are the Big Hero 6." The director said affirming his thoughts. `Big Hero 6` has stars like Jamie Chung, T.J. Miller, and Maya Rudolph to lend their voices. The film is scheduled to release later this year while it will open for overseas audience in February next year.
