Chris Hemsworth-Starrer '12 Strong’ To Release In India

Good news for all the war drama movie genre fans! The movie adaptation of the novel ‘Horse Soldiers’ authored by Doug Stanton, which has been titled as ‘12 Strong’, is slated to release in India. The movie stars a remarkable star cast which includes Chris Hemsworth, Elsa Pataky, Michael Pena, Michael Shannon and William Fichtner.

'12 Strong’ revolves around the distressing times post the 9/11 terrorist attack depicting Capt. Mitch Nelson leading a U.S. Special Forces team into Afghanistan for an extremely dangerous mission. During the mission, the soldiers form a volatile partnership with the Northern Alliance to take down the Taliban and its al-Qaida allies. The movie further shows the U.S. Special Forces team getting outgunned and outnumbered.

In this scenario, Capt. Mitch Nelson and his team will be seen fighting against the odds. Chris Hemsworth is deemed to portray the character of Capt. Mitch Nelson. The ’12 Strong’ is helmed by Nicolai Fuglsig and is slated to release in India on January 19, 2018.
