Clint Howard Might Have A Role In Untilled Han Solo Film

Know from his performance in the 1995 film ‘Apollo 13’ as NASA engineer Seymour Liebergot, Clint Howard might be part of the cast of the upcoming Han Solo film. ‘Apollo 13’ was directed by Clint’s brother Ron Howard who is also helming the untitled Han Solo project. Through a Twitter post, Ron shared that Clint will also be present in the Han Solo film.

A Twitter user had posted, “Please tell me you have a role for Clint”, in a reply to one of Ron’s Tweets. To this, the director replied, “You won't be disappointed”. While this confirms that Clint will have a role in the Han Solo film, we do not know if we will even see him on screen.

Initially, Christopher Miller and Phil Lord were set to direct the film but because of some clash with Lucasfilm president Kathleen Kennedy and screenwriter Lawrence Kasdan, they were fired. Ron was then appointed to direct. The movie will be released on May 25 next year, if everything goes as planned.
