    Michael Fassbender Might Play Australian Serial Killer Jack Unterweger

    The upcoming film ‘Entering Hades’ will be based on a true crime novel by John Leake that tells the story of Australian serial killer Jack Unterweger. Variety has brought word that Steve Jobs actor Michael Fassbender is in talks for the lead role. Jack Unterweger was a journalist who killed eleven people while investigating other murders.

    The movie will be produced by Bob Cooper, Richard Saperstein, Conor McCaughan and Daniel Emmerson, alongside Broad Green Pictures. CEO and Chief Creative Officer of Broad Green Pictures Gabriel and Daniel Hammond stated, “With Bob and Richard’s vision and Michael’s keen ability to bring captivating characters to the big screen, we are confident that ‘Entering Hades’ will be an entertaining thriller that draws a big audience”. Storyscape Entertainment’s Bob and Richard praised Michael and are confident that their partnership with Broad Green Pictures will bring out “elevated and commercial material”.

    “Michael Fassbender is one of today’s most talented actors and we are thrilled to be in partnership with him, as well as Conor and Daniel, to bring this extraordinary story to the screen”, they added. The script for ‘Entering Hades’ is being rewritten by Alexander Dinelaris with the original written by Bill Wheeler. Michael has several upcoming projects which include ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’, ‘Assassin’s Creed’, ‘Alien: Covenant’ and ‘The Snowman’.
